Busy Light Blinking

Hey guys,

I just plugged in my PicBoard, ran one of the sample codes off the aero page, and it crashed my MPLAB IDE. Now restarting the program, my PicBoard's busy light is constantly blinking, and anything I do in MPLAB yields a PK2Error0008. 

Any one have any ideas with what I can do to fix this?
