Ordering free samples

how do we order free samples from Microchip?
I did find a place to order chips but it's like 5 dollars each

so, there's sample & buy at the top, under it there's sample. I clicked into sample, and find the one I want. However, when i order it, it actually has a price

Look for the sample button. It's like a microchippy icon that are only beside some mchips.
